Terms and Conditions TITAN

Offers: TITAN automatic €49 inc. VAT; TITAN assisted €149 inc. VAT. Updates TITAN compatible for 12 months. Third-party services, quotas, subscriptions and hardware excluded.

Compatibility

Windows 11 64-bit or Ubuntu 24.04 LTS; 4 cores, 8 GB RAM minimum, 16 GB recommended, SSD and 40 GB free. Internet connection, administrator rights and personal third-party accounts required as per functions.

Delivery

Personal link valid for 7 days and 3 downloads. Personal and non-transferable licence.

Cancellation

The immediate provision of digital content requires an express request and acknowledgement of the loss of the right to cancel after commencement. TITAN assisted started before 14 days requires a separate request.

Warranties and Support

Legal warranties remain applicable. Support: sav@fusialab.com. First human response target within 2 business days. Assistance outside of defect TITAN: 45 minutes at €49 inc. VAT after quote and agreement.

Complaints and mediation
